- 1 c. self rising cornmeal
- 1 small can cream style corn
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. cooking oil

Pour in hot skillet or pan greased with 2 Tbsp. of oil

Bake at 450* for 20 minutes or until brown
