Ingredients

  • 1 c. self rising cornmeal
  • 1 small can cream style corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil

Mix all ingredients

Pour in hot skillet or pan greased with 2 Tbsp. of oil

Bake at 450* for 20 minutes or until brown
