  • 2/3 c. shortening
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. fresh blueberries

Cream shortening and sugar

Add eggs one at a time

Fold in blueberries

Bake at 375* for 20 minutes
