Texas Chex Mix

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. mixed salted nuts
- 12 oz. wheat chex
- 12 oz. corn chex
- 12 oz. rice chex
- 10 oz. Cherrios
- 13 oz. pretzel sticks
- 3 sticks butter
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco
- 3 Tbsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
Steps

Mix cereal and nuts in a large roasting pan, or divide evenly between 2 roasting pans

Melt butter

Stir all seasonings into melted butter

Pour over cereal mixture

Toss well

Bake at 250* for 2 hours

Toss and stir every 15 minutes. (this is the secret!)

Cool and store in airtight containers

This will keep for a month in the freezer
Note: You can add 3 tsp. of MSG to help keep it fresh, but I omit it because we always eat it much faster!
