Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 2 oz. sausage
  • 2 oz. bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 oz mushroom

Steps

Arrange crescent rolls in a circle on a baking tray with the large sides slightly overlapping

Scramble eggs with milk and butter

Cook sausage and bacon, pat excess grease and break bacon into small pieces

Sauté onion, pepper, and mushroom

Mix scrambled eggs, cheese, meat, and veggies in a bowl

Spoon the mixture onto the crescent rolls

Fold the small ends of the crescent rolls over the mixture and tuck under to seal

Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes or until the crescent rolls are slightly brown
