Olive Tapenade

Ingredients
- 1 c. green olives (pimento stuffed)
- 1 c. black olives
- 1/2-2/3 c. roasted red peppers
- 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
- slightly less than 1/2 tsp. oregano
- crackers, bagel snacks, or pita toast, to serve

Drain peppers and blot excess moisture

Drain olives

Combine olives & peppers in food processor until slightly chunky

Drizzle olive oil over mixture

Add dried oregano

Store in a tightly covered container in refrigerator at least 3-4 hours before serving

Serve with crackers, bagel snacks, or pita toast
